The start of 2025 was less about moving fast and more about staying steady. The end of the year was about rising, carried by fellow asUgoers, partners, clients and purpose. The path forward remains open, not because every answer is known, but because alignment is stronger, relationships run deeper, and the community around us keeps growing.
A partnership with Moore Belgium (Advisory)
One of this year’s most meaningful steps forward was our partnership with Moore Belgium, both economically and socially. Beyond business collaboration, this partnership also opened doors to work alongside the Moore Belgium Foundation, whose mission is to give young people and vulnerable communities the means to grow through learning opportunities, health awareness and community initiatives

“All Eyes On…” Events: Bringing Data & AI into Focus
Together with Salesforce, we hosted several All Eyes On Data & AI events throughout the year. Hundreds of participants joined us across editions dedicated to data, AI and human-centred transformation.

These sessions confirmed something powerful: our clients aren’t afraid of AI – they’re curious, experimenting, and increasingly building impact-driven use cases.
Participation at Dreamforce 2025
This year, Julien and Gaëtan represented asUgo at Dreamforce 2025, where the vision of the Agentic Enterprise truly came to life. As highlighted in our own recap, Dreamforce showed how AI-powered agents, Data Cloud and automation now work together in real business scenarios. Their participation reinforced our commitment to helping clients adopt these agentic capabilities in a pragmatic, value-driven way – turning innovation into operational reality.

Published numerous materials and articles
Throughout 2025, we published many in-depth articles, whitepapers and case studies capturing trends, reflections and learnings from our projects:
• AI & Data Adoption
• Non-profit Digital Maturity
• Public-Sector Transformation
• Human-Centered CRM Design
• Industry Insights
• Community Highlights
Great thanks to asUgoers for their contribution: Céline Brandt, Elisa Benetti, Enrique Martinez, Eugene Klymenko, Gaëtan Mondet, Jennifer Melignon, José Correia, Julien Blaise, Jürgen Janssens, Marie-Noëlle Moinet, Raquel Salvador, Rui Santos.
A New Website, and a Refreshed Way to Tell Our Story
In 2025, we introduced our newly redesigned website: https://asugoconsulting.com/
- Clearer structure.
- Sharper messaging.
- A more human, more “asUgo” way of speaking.

It mirrors how we work: guided by curiosity, agility, and proximity to our clients.
Released Social Impact Report 2025
Our Annual Non-Profit & Social Impact Report captures what we’ve been building together this year. It highlights our collaborations, the organisations behind them, and the real activities and impact they’ve created. The report also reflects on evolving trends and changes we’re seeing along the way. Most importantly, it gives space to the Community – because at the end of the day, it’s about people: people with ideas, people taking action, and people driving change together.
Gratitude to the asUgoers
Through uncertainty and change, asUgoers carried 2025 forward. Because people stayed #curious in the face of change, #nimble when priorities shifted, and #committed to doing the right thing for clients, partners and each other. When the context was uncertain, these values kept us grounded. When momentum returned, they helped us adapt quickly and grow with purpose.
What we built this year is the result of shared effort, trust and collaboration. And as the path ahead continues to unfold, we move forward as #oneteam, aligned by our values and strengthened by our community.
